Purchasing a vacation home with family

We were assisted in the purchase of our home by this real estate agency in Rojales.

They guided and assisted us from start to finish. No question was too much or too silly. We were unfamiliar with all the rules in Spain, so only when everything had been checked and approved was the sale finalized. This gave us so much peace of mind and confidence. The lawyer and notary that this firm works with are also excellent.

Ronald and Dagmar were our advisors during the purchase, and Ilse and Etienne (the owners) also communicated with us. They take all the time needed for the customer without exerting any pressure.

Unfortunately, there are many "cowboys" on the market, so be careful! I advise every prospective buyer to go and talk to them. It costs nothing, you won't regret it, and the coffee is delicious 🤤 They really take care of everything for you: registration, internet, insurance, etc. etc.
