    We recommend using a gestor to assist with the legal aspects of the purchase, such as NIE numbers and bank accounts. We will arrange a meeting with the gestor and ensure you feel comfortable with the support provided.

    When you find your dream home, we reserve it with a reservation contract and a deposit. This deposit is deducted from the purchase price later. We review all documents and ensure everything is in order before proceeding with the process.
