Buying a vacation home in Spain

In the summer of 2025, we contacted Etienne from Casas Palmeras. We visited his office during our vacation and discussed various issues with him. At the beginning of October, we returned to Spain to view properties together with Martijn from Casas Palmeras. A week later, we made the decision. They handled our negotiations well and introduced us to the right contacts in Spain (lawyers and notaries).

We have now officially owned our home in Spain for a week.
