The prestigious Guía Repsol 2025 has announced its annual list of culinary distinctions, the Soles Repsol, during a gala in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This year, the guide includes 789 restaurants, incorporating new additions.

During this special evening, 71 restaurants received a Sol Repsol, while 17 restaurants were awarded two Soles Repsol. Only two top-tier restaurants achieved the highest honor of three Soles Guía Repsol: Bagá, led by Pedrito Sánchez in Jaén, and La Finca, run by Susi Díaz in Elche. In total, 90 awards were distributed, with a strong emphasis on young chefs.

Since its creation in 1979, the Guía Repsol has been a benchmark in Spanish gastronomy and tourism. The guide continues to innovate, reinforcing its role as a culinary authority in Spain.

Antonio Brufau, President of Repsol, highlighted the importance of the 90 new Soles Repsol, which, along with previously awarded restaurants, represent the wide spectrum of Spanish gastronomy.
"With this, we have promoted quality tourism throughout Spain," Brufau stated. He also praised the chefs for their innovative spirit and continuous transformation:
"Their efforts make us better every day, and at Repsol, we are committed to supporting them."
